Mindfulness Sessions
I am currently working on my 20-hour Mindfulness Certification through Yoga Renew, while practicing my own personal meditation and yoga-based journey to mindfulness. My goals in gaining this certificate and experience are to provide holistic and trauma-focused mindfulness sessions to clients experiencing mental illness or trauma, as well as those in search of inner peace and personal development. This service will be available on its own or in collaboration with my other servies.
